Detox Roti Recipe

In this video we will learn how to make sattvik roti.

We put 50% flour and 50% vegetable in satvik roti, such as beetroot, spinach, carrots, fenugreek, ghee or any season vegetable. Bread is easier to digest by adding vegetable to flour. If ordinary bread takes 18 hours to digest, then Satvik roti will take only 9 hours.

Apart from this, satvik roti is always made on clay pan. The food prepared on clay pots cooks slowly and does not lose its nutrients. To make satvik roti, we always use flour with shokar. Eating flour witho
